2011 Range Rover Vogue SE – Interior Detail
In order to be sold, this 61-plate Range Rover Vogue SE was booked in for an Interior Detail. A little dog hair, dirty leather, chewing gum removal, spare wheel out….no stone unturned.
Upon arrival – Apart from the spare wheel, what else is missing? Let me tell you…the spare wheel lifting strap. Damn that 20″ rim was heavy and awkward. Sod changing it on the hard shoulder of a wet dark motorway. It had been used and put back dirty, so I needed to remove it.
Upon arrival – every Range Rover has this mark in the leather. A bit of dye transfer but ultimately wear from where the bolster gets squashed.
Upon arrival – plenty of tooth picks, brushes and cotton buds to dig out the sand from the crevices for this section.
Under the rear seats vacuumed and sweets removed.
The leather was dirty that was for sure. The centre arm rest always gets mucky. Nice 50/50’s to show what it should be like.
The seats did benefit from a leather clean even it is hard to distinguish the clean part at the top versus the dirty part at the bottom.
Spare wheel cleaned, de-ironed and de-tarred before being blown dry and refitted. Tyre dressed with Envy’s Rubber Lover.
Dog hair removed, leather cleaned, beige plastics steam cleaned, spare wheel removed and clean….the boot was a better place to be.
The finished article.
